Many of the people who attend our clinic are medically-compromised. It is our utmost priority to protect their health and safety.
In the current circumstances, please be aware:
Please note:
- We uphold government policy in relation to international travel, and would ask that you notify us if you have travelled overseas within the last 14 days.
- If you or someone with you has any respiratory symptoms (i.e., coughing, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath), we ask that you do not come into the clinic. Where possible, we may be able to offer you a telehealth appointment in place of your usual face-face appointment, however this may impact Medicare rebates.
- If you are well and do attend the clinic in person, please uphold good hygiene and infection-control measures (i.e., shield coughs and sneezes with a tissue, wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser).
We also understand the importance of protecting the service that our clinic provides and want to ensure this support remains uninterrupted for the many individuals who are engaged with us.
If you have any concerns, or would like to discuss further, please do not hesitate to call us on 9382 8775 and request the practice manager.
