DID YOU KNOW THE SWAN CENTRE PROVIDES MEAL SUPPORT?
The Swan Centre offers both group and individual meal support. Our group sessions run weekly on Tuesday’s 12.30pm – 1.30pm via Zoom. The group provides the opportunity to have a meal in a relaxed social environment, followed by post-meal activities, recovery-oriented discussions and the chance to learn new skills to support recovery. The first session is free.
Our individual meal support sessions are held either in person or via telehealth for 1 hour with a provisional psychologist or counsellor.
